After placing your order, we aim to ship within 5-10 days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes delivery service who aim to deliver your order in 2 - 3 days. You will receive a tracking number for your order.

A handling fee of 50p is added to every order to cover the cost of packing materials.

We aim to be as environmentally conscience as we can with all our packing and shipping, if you have any suggestions to be even more socially conscience with our packaging please contact us via our contact form, we'd love to hear suggestions from our loyal customers.

Returns: 

 

Due to us being a small independent business we only have a 50% refund policy unless there is a problem with the garment. However, we can offer a full exchange if you are not satisfied with the fit of the item as long as it fulfils these conditions:

 

If the customer is not satisfied with the product they can send it back within 14 days after reception of the good(s). products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the same packaging as received including the provided price- / size tags.

 

Please email smogginfo@gmail.com to receive a return or exchange form within 14 days after receiving the good(s). Please note we cannot accept any items unless these terms are met, we can not give a refund on postage and the buyer is responsible for return postage and we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the transport.

 

If any items are not available for exchange, item will be refunded at 50% or credit note be given.
