Smogg launched its first clothing collection in July of 2019 and since then we have been working on a number of projects behind the scenes to push our brand further into the streetwear game.
Streetwear for us is the new age gallery and provides limitless possibilities for creatives to display their artwork and style. We are new to the market but with that, we are bringing a fresh perspective to streetwear which combines visual artistry and fashion. However, most importantly we want to provide a narrative for our consumer base by pushing important messages to the forefront of our designs.
We have only just begun.
Launching as the first official collection created at Smogg: Good Girls Don’t was our debut into the streetwear market.
As well as the launch in July of last year, the designs also featured as part of a bigger project that was exhibited in the Crossley Gallery at Dean Clough in Halifax.
Consisting of 3 t-shirt designs, each illustration featured a concept that highlighted certain pressures young people face regarding their personal choices within society. The aim of the project was to present a stand to the negative voices that pass judgment via bold and provocative illustrations.
The collection allowed us to make a real statement into how we want to be perceived as a brand and was successful by all accounts in cementing our name among the local scene in the UK.

We recently collaborated with Calder Screen Print on a promotional video with one of the designs from the 'Good Girls Don't' collection. Check it out above.
We care about quality.
That's why with all our projects we strive to produce the best quality garments by working closely with our local printing company Calder Screen Print. We recently collaborated with them on a promotional video which shows the step by step printing process of creating one of our t-shirt designs.
